Our team of dedicated, local professionals from Carova to Hatteras Island know that communication and follow-up are key to building the trust you want and deserve from your management company. The Resources of a Large Company, the Personal Attention of a Small, Local Office

Can a big company provide you the attention you need, want, and deserve? Yes, we can! Sun Realty offers you personal, hands-on attention from your local support team, and the reach and resources of a large company. Our six rental offices are staffed by OBX locals who are experts in the properties and towns they oversee. Each of our rental teams are responsible for their properties and they work one-on-one with their homeowners. Our owners have a local Owner Liaison and Property Coordinator as their first point of contact. No phone trees here. This is your go-to, on the ground, support person to assist you or get you to the right person who can address your needs or concerns. You’ll also have a dedicated team of cleaning professionals that work directly with your management team. Whenever possible, we permanently assign your cleaner or crew to your property.

In addition to our local rental offices, we have a support facility which houses our in-house linens, maintenance, pool and spa, and HVAC services. Our support team handles all guest and owner needs during the season, including providing linens drop offs and pickups, handling service calls and weekly cleaning.  Should the need for service arise, our technicians are on-call and top-notch. We’ve got you covered!

In addition to our year-round team of professional cleaning and linens employees, Sun Realty hires hundreds of cleaners, inspectors and linens associates seasonally. Our highly trained team of cleaning and linens professionals is available all year long for services like deep cleans and owner and guest stays. Maintenance technicians, pool & spa cleaners and our HVAC techs are all Sun employees and again, fully trained professionals ready to serve you and your guests with both regular maintenance and upkeep and those emergency situations that undoubtedly will arise. We offer after-hours support for evening and holiday emergencies.

Support Team & Partnerships

While we offer many in-house services for our homeowners, we recognize we can’t be experts at everything. Sun Realty has partnered with several support businesses to offer our owners and guests a high level of service and support. We work with KABA to provide owners with the best keyless locks for our harsh salt-impacted environment. Silicon Travel offers both high-speed Internet and IP phone service at discounted rates. And their support is the best in the business! VayK Gear provides the option to add beach gear rentals such as tents, chairs, kayaks, paddleboards, corn hole boards, beach carts and more to your amenities. This has been a well-received addition for our guests, and can be worked in to your rental rates so it is of no cost to you.
