Rental Manager - Salvo

The Rental Manager is responsible for stability and growth in the office as well as providing the highest level of guest satisfaction to owners and guests to ensure the continuous delivery of hospitality, professionalism, and consistency. This position will supervise rental staff, provide excellent customer service via face to face, phone, email, text, written, etc. conflict resolution with tenant and homeowners, inspections, evictions, keeping the workload in the office flowing smoothly, and all other areas as needed and requested. Schedules may vary and weekends/holidays are required.

The ideal candidate will possess the following requirements:

  • NC Real Estate Brokers License
  • 2+ years active supervision of employees/team/department
  • 2+ years proven experience in property management and/or hospitality vacation rental arena 
  • Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to pass a background 
  • Strong computer proficiency including software experience in MS Office programs, Outlook, and Paylocity is a plus
  • Reliable, insured transportation and a valid, active NC driver’s license
  • Local/Near Outer Banks resident

Work Environment: Office work with exposure to outside weather conditions, as warranted, climbing flights of steps inside and out, fast paced, at times mentally strenuous; shifting priorities due to changing needs and situations with little to no notice, maneuvering a vehicle in congested traffic, walking in soft sand.

Personal Coordinator - Corolla

The Maintenance Coordinator is the liaison between homeowner, guests, and Sun Realty’s maintenance team. This position requires weekend and holiday availability.
